Aleksandr Borodin and Patrick Neher - Grand Trio in G Major for two violins and cello (or contrabass). Borodin's two-movement trio has been completed by Patrick Neher. Two exciting movements complete the obscure but highly lyrical composition. Violinists and cellists as well as virtuoso bassists have enthusiastically welcomed the piece into the trio repertory. Overall, about 25 minutes of music that is exciting to listen to as well as to play! Printed on archival paper: a large readable score and performance ready parts. Also available with parts in PDF for tablets (score not available as PDF). Violins are edited by Nancy Bean, formerly Assist. Concertmaster of Philadelphia Orchestra. A contrabass part, seperately edited, as substitute for cello is also available.
